About Us
With well over 15 years in the restaurant & catering industry along California's Central coast,
Chef Eric T. Michaelson has worked in Michelin recommended kitchens and farm to table eateries.
His top priority is using local, healthy and vibrant produce and sustainable meats that this community has to offer.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and one of five children in his family, Eric grew up facing adversity and understanding diversity within the many cultures that define Northern California.
Although mostly Norwegian and Irish, Eric has a bit of Mexican in him from his late grandmother and is heavily influenced by Spanish and also Asian cuisine. Bold spices, chilies and citrus are a staple in his food.
A strong knowledge and experience through his culinary journey has lead him to follow his own path and share his flavors with welcomed guests.
